Based on the foundational principles from Patrick Lencioni’s The Advantage, this two-day experience helps your team establish lasting clarity and alignment by answering the most essential questions every organization must address. Together, we will create a simple, practical Organizational Identity Document that becomes your team’s north star — shaping communication, hiring, culture, and decision-making.

Over the course of this process, we’ll work through these core questions:

  2. How do we behave? – Define your core values and the behaviors that shape your culture.
  3. What do we do? – Identify your organization’s fundamental activity in its simplest form.
